Payment terms: A 50% deposit must be sent upon receipt of the reservation agreement. Confirmation of the reservation will be made upon receipt of the deposit. Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date.
A $500.00 security deposit, refundable 10 days after your departure, and a $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is required.
Cancellation Terms: If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive a full refund less a 10% service fee. If reservation is canceled with less than 30 days notice and if total payment has been received you will receive a full refund less a 10% service fee if we can rebook the reservation; If we can not rebook the reservation, then you will receive a 50% refund. Prime holiday weeks and special events are excluded from refunds.
