Pet Rules

We allow well-trained pets and require an additional $200 pet deposit (refundable on exit). Guests of tenant with pets are not permitted on the premises.

You must maintain control of your pet at all times, and NEVER leave a dog unattended. If you are leaving for the day and don't wish to take your dog with you, you must place your pet in a local kennel or find alternative solutions to leaving the dog alone at the property. (If you are renting the property on a month-to-month basis, it is acceptable to leave your pet at the home while you are out).

You must clean the home to the same level it was when you arrived; meaning pet hairs should not be visible. No urine or waste stains on grass areas. Any complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise or other nuisances may be cause for immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the tenant's security deposit. A one-time warning will be issued prior to a termination.

Toilet Etiquette:

There is a great walk for pets just across the street on Fairway. The grassy area is about ½ mile long, and is shared by joggers and bikers alike. Outside the house (near the AC units) is a dirt area on the side of the home where pets can find relief. Please guide your pet to this area, by walking out the FRONT door, then turn right

pass the garage and through the side service entrance gate.

If you are unable to utilize the walkway across the street. Please keep all grass areas of home free from pet use.

› Remove all pet waste immediately. Any urine stains found on grass areas will be billed at $25 each for removal and re-seeding.

› Please take your pets across the street, or use the dirt area on the service side of the home as a last resort. Pets should be walked out the FRONT door, then turn right to the side service entrance gate. If you let your pet out the rear entrance door, we find they often won’t wait to get the dirt area on the side of the home, so please exit the front door only.

› Remove all pet hair; no pet hair should be visible within the home on exit.

I have read and understand the pet rules above. I agree with the rules and authorize you to collect fee’s should the pet rules be breeched.
